- Two-way value chain: we supply mills with recovered paper such as OCC, SOP and HWS, and sell the kraft paper and tissue rolls those mills produce on to overseas buyers.
- Grade and quality: moisture, contamination and prohibitive-material limits are set per deal, with pre-shipment inspection records kept.
- Compliance: import and export declarations, each country's customs requirements and recycled-material rules are checked and documented for every shipment.
- On-time delivery: shipping slots and containers are booked against the mill's production plan, with alternative sources lined up in advance.

- Scrap to finished goods: we supply aluminum scrap such as UBC and 6063 along with copper and brass scrap, and sell the smelted and rolled products (ADC12 ingots, billets and coil) to end users.
- Can value chain: we sell used beverage cans (UBC) and can also supply 3104 alloy ingot ready for can-sheet producers.
- Expanding: lead, zinc and e-scrap are growing lines, reviewed case by case on specification, compliance and destination.
- Assay and compliance: specifications, assay and contamination limits are agreed up front for inspection and settlement, and non-ferrous import/export declarations and customs requirements are checked for every shipment.

Plastics (PCR)
PCR (post-consumer recycled) resin in PP, HDPE, LDPE and PET, sorted, washed and processed from collected plastics and traded as flakes and pellets.

- PCR is resin made from plastics collected after consumer use, as distinct from post-industrial (PIR) scrap. It is the material brands count toward recycled-content commitments.
- By resin and form: PP, HDPE, LDPE and PET as flakes or pellets. Color, melt flow index, moisture and contamination specifications are agreed per deal.
- Traceability: HRM holds GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification and supports deals that require documented recycled-content provenance.
- Regulation: as recycled-content mandates spread, the EU packaging regulation (PPWR) among them, a verified PCR supply chain is becoming a procurement priority for brands and converters. HRM manages sourcing through customs and logistics.
